Steve recently graduated in the spring of 2006 from Monmouth University in West Long Branch,New Jersey, where he played quarterback on the Hawks football team. He just finished a 15-year playing career in 2003 knowing he always needed to be around sports; always considering himself to be a "student of the game. "He soon after took to the journalism side, covering an array of MU sports teams from 2003-2006, including basketball,baseball,tennis,hockey and golf. While working toward a degree in communications, he worked at NFL Films in NJ enabling him to have more insight and understanding of the games' eras before his time. Even at a young age, Steve is privileged to be the head coach of the Joe Namath Football Camp in Dudley, Massachusetts, where he learned to hone his life and leadership skills. His broadcasting career started behind the scenes in 2001 with the New York Jets, spotting for broadcasters of ESPN radio and 1260WADO A.M. He realized then that his dream was not just to convey his thoughts onto paper, but on the air as well.
