Jeff Little is one of the newest members of the Sports Journey Broadcast team. Jeff started his career as a local DJ, in radio in 1994 with KCLAFM of the American Radio Network. Jeff was the host of the NFL Blitz during his first sports radio show. He got his first taste of the sports industry while working with Jeff Biggs of AM830 in Los Angeles while he was with AM570.
In addition to his work with Sports Journey, Jeff currently is a senior writer for BleacherReport.com; he is also a writer for TheLakersNation.com, and SocalSportsHub.com. Lake began his broadcasting career in 1991 while attending Penn State University. As the Student Sports Director for WPSU Radio at Penn State, he served as the play by play announcer for WPSU's football broadcast. After completing his studies at PSU he attended Georgetown University, in Washington, DC. While working for ESPN Radio Florida (WHOO ESPN 1060 and WIXC ESPN 1080) he created and and Co-hosted two sports talk shows that gained a steady listening audience and were broadcast in front of a live studio audience at the ESPN Club at Disney World. Lake was a featured "Drive Time Host" on WMET 1600 in Washington DC, and on WCEM Delmarva's ESPN Radio 1240. He created the Sports Journey Broadcast Network based off of the success he had on his show "Sports Journey with Lake Lewis." He has interviewed some of the biggest personalities in sports ranging from coaches, players, to writers. Lake created Sports Journey to give aspiring media talent an opportunity to be heard and also provide quality broadcasting that is innovative and trust worthy. |

Pro Career 2008: Named to his 1st Pro Bowl, starting all 16 games for the 1st time in his career… Led the team with career highs in every category, with 232 rushing attempts for 902 yards (8th in AFC), 10 TDs(T-3rd AFC), including tying a franchise record with an 82-yard TD scamper… McClain also pulled in 19 receptions for 123 yards and a TD… 66 points in 2008 tied for 5th in the AFC and 13th in the NFL among non-kickers… Tied a career high with 25 carries for 70 yards and tied a career-high with 2 TDs in the 27-7 win in the game 16 vs. Jax. Attended Tuscaloosa County (Northport, AL) HS.. Super All-State selection... Rated the 4th-best prospect in Alabama by Border Wars, a college recruiting service... Averaged 6.5 yards per carry, posting 1,071 yards rushing and 15 TDs on 165 carries... McClain joined teammates Evan Oglesby and Daniel Wilcox to coach 100 youth through football fundamentals in Westshore Park in Oct. 2008... Le’Ron joined teammates Willis McGahee and Ray Rice at the Ravens Running Backs Thanksgiving Distribution in Nov. 2008 to distribute the necessary food items to families in need at Owen Brown Inter-Faith Center in Columbia, MD... Also threw out the 1st pitch at the Baltimore Orioles/Texas Rangers game on April 25, 2009. |

Played in the Cali-Florida All-Star game, where he tackled a California player on the last play of the game to help lead the Florida team to victory, posting six tackles with three stops for losses in that contest... As a senior, he had 124 tackles with 27 for losses and 11 sacks... Registered 130 tackles, 20 stops behind the line of scrimmage, 19 sacks and three interceptions as a junior...
